Glad I took twin room, it was new-fashioned and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is generous with Eggs benedict, egg dishes, chefs at the ready to cook to order, lots to choose from.

Staff is so professional, attentive and understanding, that all the time you feel invisible touch of someone's care, who makes what you expect before you can say it. No wonder this hotel is ranked in Booked.net No. 1 in Hanoi.

This hotel has a wonderful, warm, engaging staff who provided the most exceptional service my wife and I have received anywhere in the world. For example the hotel staff not only booked our overnight train journey to Sapa they sent a staff member to the station with us to ensure that we received our tickets and this employee stayed with us until we were settled into our carriage.Meanwhile the hotel had stored most of our luggage for 3 days until we returned from Sapa enabling us to travel lightly.Sadly we could not book into the hotel on our return to Hanoi as it was booked out but on return to collect our luggage we were greeted as old friends .

Staff were genuinely friendly and could not do enough for you. The location was excellent and the hotel was a quiet haven from the Hanoi noise and heat. Also the breakfasts were great!

The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the laptop in the room was a boon.
The only thing we didn't like about our room was the shower, very difficult to use and a hair-trigger heat setting. One minute normal temperature, the next scalding.

Staff were incredible ! Helpful, always smiling, responsible, serious when it comes to reservations. Perfect communication and made us feel really at home. I fell ill after a trip in Halong Bay and had it not been for the immediate help and diet reccommendations of the reception staff, I might as well have ruined the rest of my holiday in bed. Stayed in superior room and junior suite and both were very good. I have travelled to many countries around the world and have stayed in several 5 star hotels but I am glad to say that this hotel was truly a gem thanks to its wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

Breakfast stood out as a highlight, offering a diverse menu along with a satisfying buffet. The cleanliness of the room, combined with effective air conditioning and a well-functioning shower, enhanced comfort . Staff members were notably friendly and efficient, always ready to assist. The vegetarian options during breakfast were somewhat limited, and the decor felt outdated despite the room's cleanliness. Noise from the street could be a concern for light sleepers.

The breakfast is amazing. You can order as much as you want from the menu if it is included in your room rate. Options include omlets, hamburger, cereals, fresh fruit, pho bo, French baguettes or croissants, lots of fresh fruit juices and a beautiful vietnamese iced milk coffee with froth.
People mentioned the fruit flies in the room. Given that you get a basket of wonderful fresh fruit in your room each day it seems like a fair trade off. There are just a few and they don't pester and buzz around you like the ones I'm used to in America.
